Below are videos and step-by-step directions on how to use and troubleshoot the Nurse Touchpanel that is used for routing images to the monitors in the room.

SETUP / HOW-TO

Nurse Touchpanel Routing

  • This is the place where you can select any of the above ports where you have a piece of equipment plugged into and route to the monitors that you need for that case.
  • It is a drag-and-drop style where you choose the port that you want and then touch the monitor that you want it to go to

Practice doing this when there is not a case going to gain confidence in how the touchpanel works. It is very simple and intuitive after you play with it for a bit


Touchpanel Refresh Screen

If the Touchpanel is being unresponsive and you cannot tap some of the usual icons then this is the first step

  1. Press the ? icon in the top right corner of the screen
  2. Press "Refresh" in the bottom right side of the screen
  3. Wait for it to refresh the press "Okay" and go back to the main screen and try tapping again
  4. If this does not work then try restarting the monitor which is explained in the following video

Monitor Power

Sometimes the monitor is off and you will need to figure out where the power issue is coming from. There are a few different spots to plug in the monitor. This could also be a good thing to use if you need to turn the monitor off and on again to try and fix an issue.

  • Check the outlets that are plugged into the wall
  • Check the Power button that is on the monitor itself
  • Check the power connection cable that is underneath the monitor
