Dr. Ruzbarsky and his team are flexible and are willing to use the Hackett scope sets (560 box) if the Godin
sets (LENS Box) are being used. Talk with the rep to see which one you should use that day.
- Plug in the tower to a RED outlet
- Make sure that master switch on the side of the tower is ON
- Press the power button on the front of the 660 Box to turn on
- While the 660 boots up, open the back door of the tower to make sure that the LENS Box is connected

- Press "New Patient" and input the patient information
- First, Last Name
- MRN
- Doctor Name
- Procedure Type
- Check the Printing settings by pressing the "print" button
- Make sure that Auto Print is ON
- Set number of images per page to 6 and copies to 1
- Take the HDMI or DVI Cable and plug it into the Boom or Wall aux to route to the desired monitors
