1. Check the power cables first
2. If the boxes are not connecting to each other then make sure the USB cable on the back of each are connected to eachother
3. Make sure that both accessory cables are plugged in to be able to capture video and images
4. Check the DVI cable to see if it is plugged into the encoder if there are issues routing to the screens from the touchpanel

Sometimes random cables will get unplugged with these boxes so just be sure to think about what is going wrong and look at the back to check for cables that are unplugged.

1. Press the knob to display the settings menu
2. The Speciality menu will be automatically opened first so just press the knob again to access the color settings
3. From here you will just move the dial to the various settings until you find one that suits the doctor
4. Press and hold the knob to exit

1. Press the "PIP" button on the bottom of the monitor
2. A menu pops up and then you just move the knob over until you are on "none"
3. Press and hold the knob to exit

1. The monitors turn off regularly so make sure to press the power button if you do not see anything on the monitors
2. Cables will get unplugged in the back of the boxes so make sure to check periodically that everything is connected and working properly
